It was our first trip to India... we had only a few days there to spent - ca. 10. So it was really hard to plan our trip - because we wanted to see as much as possible in this short time period... at first I tried to do this by myself... but then I have heard from our friends about their trip to India and about The Indian Journeys and Newmon and how happy they were with their trip. And then we have decided with my husband that we want Newmon and The Indian Journeys to plan the whole trip for us. And it was the best choice and decision. And this all thanks to Newmon 🙂 Additionally he was always there for us - in case we needed help or had a questions. He was calling or texting us every day to ask how the trip goes and how was our day. It was really nice. And on the last day we met with Newmon and have eaten a dinner together. Hi New Mon, Happy New Year! I owe you a long overdue note of thanks for our trip to Jaipur, Agra, and UP in November 2013. That was my fourth trip to India, and you made it by far the easiest. Things don't always run according to plan in India, but with your coordination we had no unpleasant surprises. We thoroughly enjoyed our guide Mr. Sharma in Jaipur, but the real star of our trip was our driver, Manoj. Not only an excellent driver, he was friendly, reliable, and always knew where he was going. (That last bit is extremely important - I've gotten lost in so many cities in India because of a lack of signage and/or addresses. The fact that it didn't happen while in his car was amazing.) I recently experienced a tour of the Kerala state of India organised by Newmon of The Indian Journeys. I traveled alone with driver, Prem, in an airconditioned vehicle and stayed at very good accommodation. We traveled from Cochin to the Kerala backwaters for an overnight boat tour on the lake, visiting various places of interest on the way over six nights in all. It was a wonderful experience, in fact much better than I expected. Very good value for money. I say this from having experienced traveling extensively throughout S.E. Asia and some of Europe. And would recommend these people without hesitation. The food was great also.
