We were travelling with The Indian Journeys for almost 2 weeks last September. They designed a complete tour around the South of India. The communication was really fluid. We were working together in the itinerary and New Mon suggested me new destinations and touristic attractions even during the tour. The hotels suggested by him were really nice and close to European standards. We used a car with chauffeur. Very professional and serious driver. Most of the time your life is in his hands. New Mon took care of us during whole the tour. No surprises, everything as planned. We took the decision of booking with them based on the reviews on TripAdvisor. “Our group of 10 travellers (Royal Caribbean Mariner of The Seas, 26th May 2013) were very impressed with the professionalism of New Mon, Arun, Girish and their team from "The Indian Journeys" We were collected from the ship in a clean air conditioned mini bus. Our drive to the houseboat was on a well maintained, not too busy road where our English speaking guide gave us an insight into the lives of the people and information on points of interest. We boarded our traditional style thatch-roofed houseboat, which is unique to Kerala (but fitted with solar panels, air conditioning and a neat clean kitchen) in the town of Alappuzha Our idyllic houseboat journey cruised us through palm shaded vine entwined backwaters where little communities were living their peaceful lives., with us as their curious, privileged audience. We were greeted with smiles, cheers and much waving and made to feel welcome. With the fragrance of curry in the air we eagerly anticipated lunch which was served at "Citrus" a great little 4 star hotel. Lunch was a good variety of foods with a very tasty Chicken curry. Two 750ml bottles of beer per person challenged each one of us! We cruised back all too soon We were returned to our cruise ship well before boarding time feeling exhilarated by our experience. All arrangements were carried out with respect and we felt safe in the very capable care of the smiling New Mon and his team. All 10 of us had a fantastic trouble free experience!

My husband and I visited Kerala with "The Indian Journeys" in March 2013 and had a fantastic time! Our itinerary allowed us to see lots of places in a short period of time, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! From the rich culture in Kochi to the tea plantations in Munnar, the wildlife in Periyar the beautiful backwaters of Alleppey and the beaches of Kovalam - what an adventure! New Mon did a great job and called every night to make sure things were going smoothly. Our driver Premjith made us feel safe and secure the whole time. I would certainly recommend this company!

It was our first trip to India... we had only a few days there to spent - ca. 10. So it was really hard to plan our trip - because we wanted to see as much as possible in this short time period... at first I tried to do this by myself... but then I have heard from our friends about their trip to India and about The Indian Journeys and Newmon and how happy they were with their trip. And then we have decided with my husband that we want Newmon and The Indian Journeys to plan the whole trip for us. And it was the best choice and decision. Newmon has planned whole trip, send us the itinerary, we have changed some things and then accepted it. And then he has organized our full trip plan - with English speaking local guides, hotels, car transport, flights and many more... 🙂 Everything was just ATTAINED TO THE LUST BUTTON. Really. We saw everything we wanted - we were on safari, we were in the jungle, we have visited many historical and sacral places, but on the other hand bazaars. We were in the mountains, we were by the sea. We saw tea plantations. We have tasted Indian tea. We have travelled with historical train - a special route. We have tasted delicious Indian food and drinks. We have heard from best chosen local guides ( many of the were licensed Lonely Planet guides ) so many information and curiosities. And this all thanks to Newmon 🙂 Additionally he was always there for us - in case we needed help or had a questions. He was calling or texting us every day to ask how the trip goes and how was our day. It was really nice. And on the last day we met with Newmon and have eaten a dinner together. It was really VERY NICE to meet him after our perfect- organized journey! We will definitely come back to India and only with Newmon! I highly recommend THE INDIAN JOURNEYS AND NEWMON.

We approached Newmon at The Indian Journeys because we wanted to go to India but we wanted to experience some of the 'real' India as well as the sites and the Golden Triangle. Consequently we didn't just want a tour out of a brochure. A very good friend suggested Newmon at The Indian Journeys and the rest is history. Newmon really helped us sorting out our vast wish list.
