Hello New Mon, Fine that you have contacted my husband again this afternoon. It's pleasant to hear that you care so much about us. Now, I can say to you that we all liked it a lot! We enjoyed visiting all cities, from Mandawa, over Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Pushkar, Agra till Delhi. We loved visiting all palaces, forts and of course, the top of the bill, the Taj Mahal, a building that everyone must have seen at least once in his life! We stayed in incredible hotels, really palaces!! Some of the those new, others old! But we enjoyed all of them! Also the guides were very good. Luckily that we took them, because with all those words in Hindi, all those streets were you can get lost, I understand now why it is so important to have them. They all gave good information about the city, but also background information about life in India, their habits, politics, nature, ... And , last but not least, we loved our driver. He brought us everywhere, during the 1800km, that we have driven. Unfortunately, roads are so bad in India, that it sometimes took a long time to get somewhere. Once again, thanks o lot! Our trip to south India was very well managed and supported by Mr. Newmon KD. The driver he choosed for us (Mr. Murali, kn_muralidharan@....) was also very efficient and qualified for his job, as well the local guides we met. I would highly recommend using Newmon if you want to discover India. We were a party of six who came to Kerala from London, our trip was 13 nights in total over the Christmas and New Year period. Firstly, when organising the trip, Newmon was incredibly patient and accommodating with all my many changes and additions I had whilst creating our tailor-made itinerary. He always replied quickly and professionally to my emails. Using his local knowledge, Newmon was able to suggest and advise on certain areas to visit on the tour, without forcing anything upon us, truly creating our perfect trip. The tour itself was fantastic! Kerala is a beautiful state and the people are incredibly accommodating and friendly. The hotels we stayed in, especially the ones in the mountains, were fantastic with breath-taking views. Our driver, Mr Jerry George, went above and beyond his duty, being there for us whatever the need was. It was a complex trip Newmon had to organise, with two parties arriving on different days at different locations, which he managed very smoothly. There was a minor issue at the start, which Newmon resolved quickly in an expert manner. He also arranged a few surprises for us along the way! My wife and I have just returned from a sixteen-night stay, including Leela Hotel Mumbai, Fortune Sullivan Ooty, Malabar House Fort Cochin and finally Leela Hotel Kovalam. "My family, some friends and I we did a 9 days trip in Kerala in Christmas 2013 with The Indian Journeys. Thanks to The Indian Journeys organization (which I have to say that it was very easy to work on it and helpful staff) we could visit the most iconic parts of Kerala on this time, travelling with a wonderful Van for 10 people and with a very friendly driver. The hotels were we stayed were good, new hotels and well managed, especially the Hindustan Beach Retreat in Varkala. The food in the restaurants that Newmon or the driver suggest us to go were delicious, and the activities programmed also very nice! And the Christmas and New Year's Eve gala's were very funny, something really unexpected! The only negative thing is that we just had 10 days....I wish I could extend our trip for a couple of weeks more!"

“Our group of 10 travellers (Royal Caribbean Mariner of The Seas, 26th May 2013) were very impressed with the professionalism of New Mon, Arun, Girish and their team from "The Indian Journeys" We were collected from the ship in a clean air conditioned mini bus. Our drive to the houseboat was on a well maintained, not too busy road where our English speaking guide gave us an insight into the lives of the people and information on points of interest. We boarded our traditional style thatch-roofed houseboat, which is unique to Kerala (but fitted with solar panels, air conditioning and a neat clean kitchen) in the town of Alappuzha Our idyllic houseboat journey cruised us through palm shaded vine entwined backwaters where little communities were living their peaceful lives., with us as their curious, privileged audience. We were greeted with smiles, cheers and much waving and made to feel welcome. With the fragrance of curry in the air we eagerly anticipated lunch which was served at "Citrus" a great little 4 star hotel. Lunch was a good variety of foods with a very tasty Chicken curry. Two 750ml bottles of beer per person challenged each one of us! We cruised back all too soon We were returned to our cruise ship well before boarding time feeling exhilarated by our experience. All arrangements were carried out with respect and we felt safe in the very capable care of the smiling New Mon and his team. All 10 of us had a fantastic trouble free experience!

I had a very short time to visit Kerala and would be traveling alone, so I wanted everything planned carefully. NewMon helped with every detail and had great suggestions based on the travel logistics and my interests. I was able to stay in 2 wonderful resorts, visit Periyer Reserve, enjoy an elephant encounter, tour a tea plantation and spice gardens. My driver Santhosh was with me the entire 4 days and transported me to the airport for my flight home. NewMon called every evening to make sure all was well and paid a visit in person to meet me prior to my departure from India. I was very pleased with the planning and professional follow up.
