We were travelling with The Indian Journeys for almost 2 weeks last September. They designed a complete tour around the South of India. The communication was really fluid. We were working together in the itinerary and New Mon suggested me new destinations and touristic attractions even during the tour. Good Morning Newmon, It is now two weeks since we returned from our magical 34-day trip to Southern India, all organised, very professionally, by you. You were very attentive to our specific requests to develop a 'tailor made' itinerary and the beach holiday breaks allowed us to rest for a few days before continuing our journey. It all worked like clockwork. The car provided was spacious and the driver (Michael, shown in the picture taken on Ooty Lake) had good enough English and was very skilled, fun and helpful. Having just returned from a fabulous trip to Kerala, I have no hesitation in recommending The Indian Journeys and Mr Newmon. As part of our trip, The Indian Journeys organised a weeklong tour to experience the tea plantations and spectacular scenery of the Western Ghats, the spice plantations of the Cardamom Hills, elephant riding and bathing (great fun) in Thekkady, and luxury cruising in a houseboat on The Backwaters. From the first contact following our enquiry, right through to end of our trip, the service provided by Mr Newmon was exceptional. A brief call from Mr Newmon each evening to check all was going well was one example of the attentive service The Indian Journeys provide. When our itinerary was disrupted by a local strike, Mr Newmon calmly and quickly contacted drivers and guides to readjust our itinerary to ensure we didn't miss out. Our driver was very experienced, polite, punctual and helpful and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. You'll be in very safe hands if you use The Indian Journeys.

Este mes de Agosto estuvimos en el Sur de la India y en Sri Lanka en un maravilloso viaje organizado por la agencia 'The Indian Journeys' con el inigualable Newmon, con el que definimos un viaje a medida muy intenso con todas nuestras extravagantes peticiones (incluyendo un rafting); atento a todas nuestras necesidades durante todo el viaje. Tanto Dileep en India como Neil en Sri Lanka, nos llevaron de manera impecable por los mejores templos y ciudades, y no solo cumplieron perfectamente con lo indicado en el programa, nos propusieron lugares y actividades sumamente interesantes, que completaron la experiencia e hicieron que fuese un viaje inolvidable. Dileep nos llevó de Tamil Nadu a Kerala recorriendo las principales ciudades, llenas de vida y buena gente. En Kerala hubo fuertes lluvias que complicaron mucho la situación, pero tanto la agencia como Dileep buscaron la manera de reorganizar el recorrido para que pudiésemos ver lo más importante y continuar el viaje en Sri Lanka según lo programado. Fue una situación excepcional y muy difícil que supieron resolver a la perfección; una vez más, mil gracias a los dos, estaréis siempre en nuestro corazón. Con Neil recorrimos lo más importante de Sri Lanka en 14 días, sin ningún contratiempo. Siempre presente en todos los sitios y atento a todas nuestras necesidades, como un verdadero padre, al igual que Dileep. Los templos en el Sur de la India y Sri Lanka son una auténtica maravilla arquitectónica y espiritual, lugares sagrados para muchísima gente, muy especiales y aunque son menos conocidos que otros monumentos importantes en la India como el Taj Mahal, son una verdadera joya que los hacen verdaderamente especiales, de lo mejor que hemos visto nunca, y hemos viajado mucho.
